D65 Received 2 Bids for excavation and foundations, coming in under budget (!!)
I drove by there today and there is no sign of any work taking place. I thought Bid 1 said work was supposed to start last week.
good point im gonna drive by later this week to inspect

I am here right now and not a single frickin thing besides where they dug the ceremonial shovels. You gotta be kiddin me
Will drive by tomorrow with a shovel and get to work (emailing the district for comment)
OK I looked through the timelines, work is not officially scheduled to start until 8/13. I'll be out there the morning of :)
